A TOTAL BODY IMMERSION THAT ELEVATES THE MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT.

The only class at JumpLife that can be done barefoot (socks recommended). This 60 minute class fuses rebounding, yoga, pilates, resistance training, and relaxation. During the workout, bands and yoga blocks are used to tone, strengthen, tighten, increase core stabilization and improve body alignment, while the cardio intervals help you burn more calories. It is slow paced compared to the other classes at JumpLife but don’t let that fool you, the slower the moves the faster the results. JumpFusion is a total body immersion that will elevate the mind, body and spirit. It will help harness your power through muscle control while leaving you with an ongoing sense of well-being.

THE LOW IMPACT CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT!

A 45 minute workout to upbeat music and lights dimmed so that you can concentrate on your own personal progress. This class will get your muscles firing by using weights and doing exercises that focus on toning and strengthening while still getting in your cardio workout. Our trained instructors will motivate and inspire you to succeed in this unique and challenging workout without putting stress on the body.

A BOUNCE AT A TIME TO FUN AND FITNESS! 

A progressive way to get your kids active, keep them off the couch and away from the computer! Our philosophy is that fitness for kids should be approached with fun and movement. What makes JumpKidz unique and distinctly different from other fitness programs is that the classes are done on individual trampolines with supportive handlebars, which make it a very safe and secure activity. Along with our fitness goals, our instructors help create an atmosphere of non-competition, where children can express themselves, have fun, and not feel the pressure of organized sports.
